Hmm, I have the Steam release 1.2.3.2472 and most options work fine. The inf health works if you keep it turned off until you go into battle then turn it on. The only one I couldn't get to work was the Skill cooldown. It would be nice to have that just to make battles go faster, but still.. Any updates would be welcome, but I appreciate all you do regardless Mr AntiFun!

I also tested now, both trainers. Inf Ability points and Inf Skill points work, but Inf Health definitely doesn't work for me.
