Trainer's not working on certain occasion.

I'm very confused... Certain trainers I get work like a charm, others... Not so much. I launch them but it says something about no permission to launch or can't access specified path. I launch them in administrator multiple times but no luck. Am I stupid? I just don't know...

It says this.

it's seems you are executing from rar,place the trainer to a folder or to desktop.
if still occur that error,then try these step:
1.turn off your antivirus or add them to exception.
2.open trainers by run as administrator
3.disable UAC(user account control)
3.trainer may be corrupted while antivirus turned on so do first step then delete the trainer downloaded and re-download again
