Trainers' value editing

Hello, is there any way to edit the trainer's default values? For ex: I have EU4's trainer, 1.19.1, and I want to edit Super City Development which gives 25 tax, 25 production and 25 manpower to a custom value, for ex: 90 Tax, 151 Production, 60 Manpower, I'd appreciate some help, thanks a lot.

It depends, If the Trainer you are using is a Cheat Table you can, but if It's a "fully made" Trainer like MrAntiFun you most likely can't.

Send a picture of the Trainer so I can help you out more.

If it's a Cheat Table with Scripts you can simply click on the Script itself that gives you the amount of stuff you mentioned above and change the values there, If it is a Cheat Table with Scripts just copy paste the format inside of the Script so I can change the values to whatever you like.

PS: If you have no idea what I'm talking about just send an image of the Trainer.

What do you mean with "why?", also, not only me,but I'm sure a lot of other people will be glad with the Value editing thing.

Yep, too much or too low, with it, I mean, that anyone could edit the default value to a custom value to their likings, that's my wish.
