[Update] My Time At Portia

So far through testing the current cheats seem to be all right? But back before the WeMod collaboration we had Freeze Time and I'd like to request that back. Portia is an excellent hopeful game in light of a lot of terrible things happening, and I know I found it relaxing to pause time and spend hours in the mines or exploring Platform is Steam
