start the game, tab back to the desktop and start the trainer, press F1 and activate the cheats what u want/need and tab back to the game ;o

no, anti's trainer are fine
using the trainers since 1 year and never had a Problem, only 1 false-positive from avira pro.
Anyway you will have no problems with anti's trainer
