okay guys...i finally found it..using cheat engine..because this is from RPG Maker..so what u gotta do is :
1.search for X (exact value*2)+1=X
ex: if u need to change item a which value is 100 then (100*2)+1 = 201, keep searching until u find it..happy hunting
