Use Cheat Engine, I would assume the money stores in 4 Byte, so just look for the amount you currently have and change it to whatever you want, ofc this require a small basic knowledge with CE.

Notice:

• Credit to the people at CH for sharing the way to turn off easy anticheats
• To be able to use the trainer you must run the game with the parameters "-eac_launcher" , See second post below for pictures
• Start game first then open the trainer
• Stealth mostly work for missions , You can walk in front of enemies but you should avoid killing enemies while others are watching

Game update as well make sure to use the Latest Trainer.

Unlimited health kinda works. but when you "die" it's stuck in slow motion like when you die and the character doesn't get up, he doesn't respawn either because the game thinks i have unlimited health.

Don't need. Use option mega followers , mega followers gain you skill points.

How does this work exactly? I read on another forum that giving yourself a shitload of followers ends up breaking the game somehow, so I want to avoid that if possible.

I once had the luck (?!) to get killed by a police car and then after turning off the inf Health cheat I got killed again by being shot from those police dudes. Better than launching the game again I guess.
Otherwise that's the only options to help, a re-launch of the game.

Don't overuse it.
With the Cheat activated, do 2-4 things which gives you followers and you already have like 3-4ish million follows. More than enough for the beginning, since you can't unlock all skills/upgrades. But you better keep it below 4millions because you get an achievment for reaching 4 mil.

I have mega followers activated and somehow made it 10+ million... However now I can't gain any more skill points through followers and I still have skills waiting to be unlocked. I've just met T-bone and few extra missions are completed so is that normal?

Thanks for the tip. I turned it on and then went and did 2 ScoutX locations and I had like 40 skillpoints and 1.1mil followers, perfect little boost exactly what I was looking for.

If you set the launch options as "-eac_launcher" it disables the anti cheat which disables the multiplayer.
