Why am I apparently the only one who can't use WeMod properly?

I honestly don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I've been trying to get WeMod to work, but I seem to be one of the very few people who simply cannot use it like everyone else apparently can.

I've downloaded and installed WeMod normally, but as soon as I launch it, I end up with Wand instead. I've already completely removed everything from my PC and tried again from scratch, but the same thing keeps happening.

What confuses me even more is that, according to the information on the website, WeMod is presented as a free product and as something separate from Wand. Yet whenever I try to use it, I somehow end up with Wand.

I've been trying to find an answer to this for the last few days, but my posts and questions remain unanswered. There doesn't seem to be much discussion about this particular problem either, which makes me wonder why I seem to be the only person experiencing it.

Could someone please explain to me what I'm missing here? Is there something specific I need to do during installation or when launching WeMod?

I'm genuinely just looking for some help understanding why I can't use WeMod the same way as everyone else seems to be able to.

Any help or explanation would be greatly appreciated.
