Windows 10 Scale issue letters scrunched up

For some reason the Far cry 4 trainer I am using, and it has happened for some other trainers as well, is all scrunched up and I can't see any words. this doesn't happen to me in far cry primal because it looks like a different format. Any way to get the far cry 4 trainer optimized and hopefully Mr Anti Fun adds Far cry 4 patch 1.10 support as well
