Wolfenstein: The New Order speedhack

I'm a big fan of CheatEngine's speedhack feature for certain games (Borderlands, Far Cry and Crysis games to name a few) however it doesn't work for all games. In the ones listed, the game slows down while smoothly running at the same framerate it would run at in real time. For some, however, it just puts a lot of time between frames (which is unbearable). I'm not sure how it works or if it's even possible in this game, but if it is I'd love to see it
