Xbox one and PC connection

"Sorry if this thread is somewhere else" Is there a way I can run a game on my xbox one with it connected to my windows 10 and run the trainers from my pc and it register to my xbox one?

Pretty sure that won't work, trainers are only made for PC, nothing else.

Hi im problaby 100000000% late but i had a trainer to fallout shelter on my laptop and it was connected to my xbox so when i hacked money and that stuff it saved in the xbox so i could play with unlimited money on xbox

thats because fallout shelter is a play anywhere title. since it uses the same game save for pc and xbone.
