Inf. Power not working... I tried everything but still not working.

I have to agree with everyone else, the infinite power cheat isn't working properly, some say they got it to work randomly, some say it won't work at all, but when I activate it, it cuts my energy amount in half and after about 5 seconds, it starts to deplete energy, so it is not truly infinite, just for five or so seconds.
