Nah, I had mine through steam and F3 and F5 wouldn't work. (It does now, but still)

Same here. I clicked back a few pages and people are saying to run the game and the trainer as administrator. E: So far, no dice. I'll keep you posted on this, it's not working for me. EE: Fixed it by updating my steam. I'd suggest trying the same. (Also activate the trainer on main menu)
