yes use the 1.10 trainer you should allways try to match game version to the trainers but if no match then try the closest match and see. it only takes you 2 minutes to test no harm in trying - testing and way faster than waiting here for someone to answer you sometimes

your anti virus is picking up a false positive if you make exceptions in your anti virus not to scan the folder the trainer is in then you will not to see this everytime you use the trainer
