Ark's latest dinosaur, the Giganotosaurus Furiosa, is a bottomless well of rage that can eat its way through stone walls and unseat riders whenever it has a temper tantrum. It's slow, but with every hit its "rage...

Paradox Development Studio are making a space game and I couldn't be happier. Stellaris is the developer's take on the future-space age, taking their proficiency for incredibly detailed systems as seen in...

Activision Blizzard has just dropped $5.9 billion on Candy Crush studio King Digital Entertainment. To put that into context, Disney paid a measly $4 billion on Lucasfilm in 2012. Yes, Candy Crush is apparently more lucrative than...

There are plenty of videogames made in Canada, but videogames set in Canada are a rare beast. Kôna looks like it will be one of them: It appears on the surfaceto be a vaguely Ethan Carter-esque investigative adventure, but it's set in 1970 in Atamipek Lake, a small...

Just Cause 3 is a whole lot more blatant about it than its predecessor. When Square Enix released the game's story trailer last week it seemed like an afterthought: most of the publisher's marketing material has focused on the spectacular action setpieces we'll be...

I really like the look of Dragon Fin Soup [now with correct title!], a fairytale/fantasy roguelike set on a giant, Terry Pratchett-style space turtle. (No, it's not taking itself entirely seriously.) You're Red Robin, a "charming, yet raging alcoholic bounty hunter...
