Ok so here is a little review(my research):
Reproduction: Start Game, Load skirmish mode, ai: very easy, player faction: Chimera, player position:2, map:first one(2v2), after loading paused the game and run the trainer, activate all options.
Game Proggress:
(All cheats active)
1.Build barracks, Build Outpost, Build Spear Vehicle Bay > problem 01:Spear Vehicle Bay construction stuck at 47HP, problem 02: DU Rounds upgrade stuck at 100%(problem 01 reason: inf. Resources, problem 02 reason: instant construction)
(only inf. money active)
2.Build SVB again, Build Suppor bay, bulild Ninja Choppa, fly to enemy base > problem 03: AI construction and upgrade stuck(game not playable)
Problem Fixes:
problem 01: turn off the F3 inf. resources, cancel the building production and build it again without F3 activated(applies to almost all buildings)
problem 02: turn off the F2 instant construction, delete the 100% bugged upgrade(by clicking on it) and then research the upgrade again without the F2(applies to all upgrades)
problem 03: turn off all cheats and destroy bugged AI buildings with super weapon or attack choppa and let it build again without cheats.
And this is repeating depending on when you activate cheat.
Conclusion:
F2 won't let you build buildings, F3 wont let you research upgrades > if you dont know how and when use this cheats then the game is unplayable
F1 seems to be fine, no crashes
AI is also affected by trainer and its problems > before F3:

You also have to care about the AI buildings if you activate inf. resources at start
Suggestion:
Make a cheap building, units, upgrades cheat if possible.Maybe it can fix the problems with inf. resources.
Cheap construction along with inf. money and instant construcion could fix the building in construction stuck problem but then again if the AI will try to research an upgrade it will stuck at 100% and it will be unable to build another units(just imagine what will happen when the DU Rounds upgrade in AI barracks will stuck at 100%=no soldier for AI).
Dont know if possible but deleting instant upgrades from instant construction could fix the problem with upgrade stuck at 100%(just an instant vehicle+building construction cheat)
