For those of you wanting skill points and working invisibility:

• Navigate to the official CE forums.
• Grab the Syndicate table.
• Follow instructions.
• Edit pExperience to 1000 (Nothing lower, nothing higher. - IMPORTANT )
• Kill an enemy. You will gain 1 skill point.
  
• Repeat.

This will take a load off of MAF. Mods: Remove if unwanted.

Maybe then it's not a viable option for you?
By the way, the forums mentioned here are the official CheatEngine Forums, there you can find a section dedicated to cheat tables, which in turn you can download and use with cheat engine.

mr antifun you are literraly the best wtff, you do it for free and even better!!! like guyss check out on that piece of shit site cheathappens they charge u more then 10usd monthly yet their cheat coder lazy ass pwnwizard or something as soon as he saw ac syndicate cuz of the anticheat is hard he didnt want to move his lazy ass and fix the trainer when it crashed for people he just posted ppl should ask for a refund for the game HAHAH WTF.

I second the addition of an "infinite skill points" option - I tried manipulating the pExperience value through CE as mentioned above and only got game freezes for my trouble. If MAF can get it to work, it'd be a blast.
