Turn off injury maybe too. Pilots can be out of battle for 30 days sometimes which is a bit insane. (Like X-Com basically)

and no heat +1 thats a main thing in Battletech, heat mgmt

Yeah one of my pilots is out for 94 days... Can't run missions for 90 days it's absurd.
