So, I just used virus total on this trainer and 32 out of 66 antiviruses do not trust it say it's malware, virus gen2, spyware, etc. Are all the false positives?

unfortunately at 1.8* version it crashes each time :/
But, you can always downgrade the version ^_^

You are reading results of software detecting code that's similar in nature to what a virus would be. Yes its a false positive.
Every single post from MrAF is clean.

Can i get VAC banned if i use this?

the game is not VAC secured, not according to store page anyways, unless the dev enforces a gameban. there will be no VAC ban. still best to play offline tho.
