Nothing wrong with the trainer. Anti-Viruses often flag trainers as a virus, but it's a false-positive. Just make an exception for it if you don't wish to disable it. Example being just making a folder in "My Documents" and putting all trainers in there, and open your anti-virus and make the folder an exception, then you won't have to worry about it again.

AVG, Avast and Microsoft will exclude the trainer so make sure within 24 hours your antivirus definition list is updated and re-download again if you have to, meanwhile like above donor said, it's precisely false-positive and you may as well just add file / folder to exception from settings. (Google if you don't know what's that, better yet here is a good source to be informed: Medium.com)
