If possible, can we get a hotkey to lock cheats? Can easily rebind keys or change the hotkeys, but hotkeys revert once restarting trainer.

pick the button you want like (Numpad 1) and then klick on the button next to it to change (Set Hohkey 1 and yes its a typo i think )

Write now the energy is removing the limitation on the energy bar. This is in place as a need to use the energy refill item. Honestly, with how quickly it refills having that limiter removed is really nice.

yea I'm seeing this too everything else is working but energy still gets used up but it replenishes pretty fast

It increases the cap for regeneration, but it'll still decrease. Would advise to just inv/mute self, head to cover, regenerate and repeat.
