I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue as I don't have it with any other trainer I've downloaded from here but every time I try to start the trainer for this game up it self deletes =/

That sounds like an antivirus problem. Try adding it to your exception list or pausing your antivirus.

If I used the infinite AP Cheat and maxed my character out completely and battled people online or teamed up in para quests, can you get banned/vac for having obvious cheated stats?
