Same thing happens to me, don't pick up any ammo after enabling the trainer and the game won't crash...

Are you picking up items like ammo or health after activating the trainer? If so don't activate the trainer until you have collected 1 ammo - then leave ammo lie where it is. If you're at the beginning of the game and its crashing (guy with sword), play through since its very easy and only activate the trainer when you get to the island. Enable the ammo cheat only after you have a gun. Once the stamina bar begins to move you'll need to turn off the trainer and reactivate it with all cheats again. Its that way for everybody...

I never activated an ammo cheat. I just used godmode for 5 min (cause i was also stuck in the buggy part with the underground complex)

I disabled the trainer. Restarted the game and every time i pick up the ammo, my game crashes. Help pls.

btw, I checked the fixed version of the Trainer already

Any time the ammo is picked up the game will crash. Best thing to do is to start the game and activate all the options except for F6 Undetected. After some cut scenes the stamina bar will start to diminish. That's the first clue that the cheats have been deactivated. After 30 sec or so they usually re-enable after the trainer has located the new values (since they change often). If not its best to close the game, exit the trainer, relaunch the game, open the trainer and activate the cheats again. For me the game crashes after deactivating/reactivating the trainer while the game is running. Just have to live with it since nobody else has done any better for creating a trainer for the game...
