It is legal. They don't care about single play trainers.

There is no 1.17.2 version of the game so this is for 1.17.1 MrAntiFun probably made a typing mistake
And yes trainer works with 1.17.1 version of the game except option to fabricate a claim in the month.

@MrAntiFun Can you make it so that the Stability doesn't go all the way up to 99999 and instead sets to 4 Stability like in previous iterations? The 99999 Stability artificially inflates the Score, which means even 1 province minors can be #1 in Score, and for me personally, I like to use the Stability cheat from now and then, but just jumping to #1 Score breaks the immersion for me. Please, if you can, do something about it, I know it's a pretty niche complaint, but there it is. Cheers!
