Sounds like 1.0.4 was released today and is the last stabilizing patch. Next patches will be longer coming according to the release notes.

OMG... this is your worst cheat i ever saw.

tried with CE after i couldn't get this to work, seems the game sets random values for each saved game. easy to get max stats and skill points, but you have to re scan every time ya load the game again, might be the issues with keeping this up to date.

Ima noob at CE so not preaching, this is just my experience with this game so far.
