So I'm having an issue... I can get all the cheats to work, but explosions keep killing me in the campaign.... not sure what to do about that.

Same problem here, been trying to get it to work for about half an hour now. Have disabled antivirus and run as admin but I've had no luck. I don't think it's an update issue either, some other people had the same issue earlier in this thread prior to recent updates but didn't get a response.

Doesn't seem to be working for me. It just says "Game is off". Even though it's open. Solutions?

Trainer said "Game is on" but i can't turn on cheats by pressing keys.
No sound (even a beep) by pressing related keys.

I'm unable to turn on the cheats using hotkeys, F1 mutes my volume, F2 lowers my volume, F3 increases it and F4 closes the window. Is it possible to change the hotkeys?
Could you update the trainer and add the option to change the hotkeys as with other trainers? Thanks.

Options:

1. Inf.Health
2. Inf.Ammo
3. No Reload - No Spread
4. Inf.Gadget -- Grenades , Molotov ..etc

I can confirm that "Hatred V20160301 Trainer +5" works perfectly fine with latest (legit) Steam version. This is how it works for me:

1. Start Steam.
2. Load the trainer.
3. Load the game.
4. Enable/Disable whatever you want with keys [F1] to [F4], the trainer should be working and the confirmation sounds heard.

Alright So When I Download The Trainer I Open it In Winrar And It Just Isn't There?
