First of, thanks a bunch for all the trainers you put out.

Need some help tho, i open we mod, click play on HoI4, it opens the game and in the main game interface when i try to activate the cheats, it enables and disables them instantly.

can someone help me figure it out?

Have to become a Pro member with WeMod to use any of the options .-.

No, only to have the overlay in game. you can still enable the cheats with the hotkeys

GodMode resets the experience of all units to "recruit" and freezes the percentage of progress as long as Godmode is active.

The problem remains, I activate godmode and all troops lose their experience to the lowest possible level and progress is frozen.
