If you want to edit money reliably, without it resetting to 0 constantly as the 4 or so values keep changing, you can go to a merchant and sell then buyback the same item, checking values each time. Do this a couple of times and you'll have a list of about 15 values, edit all of these and it'll lock the value without it shifting, then you can have 100 million safely.
Attribute points will reset after each restart, nothing you can do with that, but they are very easy to find each time, so it's not a huge issue (i'd recommend a mouse clicker assigned to a hotkey to make this go faster). You can also give yourself 1000+ points without issue. Skill points are really difficult to get - but with the money cheat you can just buy the extra 10 points. Money and attribute points is more than enough really, since you can just max augment all the gear you pick up until you get something you like. You can reload the game and gamble as well to get more gear.
Sure, you're not invulnerable, but when you give yourself 500+ stamina with modded gear, you can effectively survive indefinitely - or at least until you fight the final boss... with <1 FPS.
