Ok so I found a vendor that sells skills points for 50k each he is at oxford circus station I dont know if any other vendors sell them. (You can only buy 10 max so 10 skills points)

I bought more than 10.
Maybe it depend on level?

can u use more than ten? its normal than u can buy more than ten but u can't activate more than 10.

tried Cheat Engine the Attributes points, it worked but after exiting the character and then load the character it resets

"skill no cooldown" maybe it will work kinda wish

this as been the normal since old Hellgate 2016 v.1.18074.70.4256 trainers, its has to do with the way the saved game is saved from what i read and they cant find away around to make them stay after save, but for my Bot on my engineer stays when I cheat it.
