Dogs and thugs still insta kill you but a weird bug is that thugs do not kill you in the Hawaii levels.

Yes God Mode doesn't work perfectly. Steam Version

Act 4 Final Cut Melee Cops can kill you even with God mode on.

Steam version. God Mode works for normal enemies, special enemies like dogs/fat guys/samurai can still damage player. Infinite ammo works during normal play, during soldier play or playing as the Swan twins ammo is still finite as usual.
