Please update buddy.
I've managed to use Cheat Engine to edit Wood and Stone values but only in Storage to which they disappear again in a few seconds so you have to pause the game, use the value editor, build what you wish, then play again. This does cause the item value to turn into a decimal though and acts up a fair bit.

I'd like personally to see a building health cheat to stop the buildings being destroyed by Ogres!

It will work if you save it and reload it. But it only works once. If you want it to work then you have to save and reload
