Did you make sure the numbers lock was on? I didn't find that out until recently. They wont work unless you turn it on.

Yup I can confirm that No Reload option is not working on v1.05

I think you need Num Lock on. Or dont be one of those guys that maps movement to your number pad. If you have ingame functions mapped to those keys, if you do then I think remapping them might help. Someone with more knowledge can help you, I am sure.
