I believe 1.07 hotfix made all trainers crap their pants.
An option where zombies don't attack you would be great, i've seen it in another trainer, but that one doesn't work anymore because of 1.07 hotfix patch

HP and Stamina not work for me too. waiting for update

In 1.1.0 update almost all of functions are not working anymore.
Luckily i got another cheat table which lacks of inf HP.
Cant wait for this trainer to be update and becoming invincible
