Had problem with max exp-skill points option in 2.00 trainer. Advances lvl 2 and keeps xp amount on 1000.

The program has been Updated into throught to newer version is v2.01.0721 (also called as patch v2.4.1.10)

Max Exp-Skill Points drops Exp down to 1000/2100 and you cannot level up. Not sure why, its the only one that seems to bug out for me.
