1) Active the Trainer, 2) Active super production .. You will have 0.10% unemployment.. 900% growth.

go to industry, and search the industry that the number of worker is 1 000 000 000 ( somethink like that ) when you find it,

privatise this industry, that you dont control anymore this industry. then you will have more then 70% unemployment. ( wait a week or more )

then, you have unlimited budget, with unemployment, just increase the effectif of all job and the unemployment will decrease and you can play ...
