unlimited health makes the bosses regenerate health aswell, dont know if this is easily fixable.
other options are working properly.

small "fix" i found was to disable unlimited health, then when the boss hits you and you take damage hit the hotkey for unlimited health and deactivate it again. essentially free healing. it doesnt matter for regular monsters if the option is activated, only affects longer fights

Unlimited Health not work, when you activate it, it's going automatically disable :/
