You can modify some useful things in FIFA 16 yourselves with Cheat Engine.
To have a maximum of money for the transfers and the wages of your players, to take the option 4 bytes and to copy the sum money transfers in Cheat Engine and to make look for C.E. To modify this sum and to throw a new research. At the end of 2 or 3 research, you have the sum of the game that to modify according to your needs has only. Similar for the money of the wages of the players.
To win the season, to put the option byte in Cheat Engine and to wait to have at least 6 points of won in your matches. You is going to meet first with 5 or 6 milions of possibilities. Win a match again, put 9 therefore instead 6 and throw research. It already decreases the possibilities to 5 or 6000. At the end of four or five research you will have found your present score and will be able to change it to 90 or 100 points to be sure to win the season.

Please create a trainer for this, mainly for Career mode and add options like :
Inf Budget (or increase budget)
Player training boost (like always max rank or stats maxed)
