how would one do this exactly bc I tried hooking up cheat engine to the latest build it literally crashes for me

There is no difference if you hook it up on older version as well.

It's simply looking for Value type float and changing it, but in this game they are not changeable you need to go deeper into *******.

And the Storage is not ******* current amount of the item you are storing, but the storage, for example xxx/20000 kg, you are simply changing the value of the current weight in the storage not the resource itself.

CE 6,5 load with game dam Exact Value and the float below and for example 1526,0 for 1526,0Kg a then scan wait to change and enter new value
And on 207380 without crash

Would you do some screenshots? I've not really dabbled in floats so I would not know where to start.
