5) Quick Weed Growth Time (If possible, Instant Growth Time)
6) Weed Growth Enviroment (Temperature and Humidity)
7) Always Able to water/cut Weed (Water is to get the quality higher,Cutting is to speed up the growth of the weed)
8) If possible, holding one of the watering/cutting weed, will water/cut all the weed
9) Always at Freindly relationship with all characters/ Or Increase Relationship level with character that you are currently talking to
