i think so , must be a side effekt of the "cookie" for the game ..
my game doesn't crash since 8 hrs.

thanks for the trainer, and a major bug that i found is even when disabled /(after enabling the cheat), production / research / policy is still completed within 1 turn, so yeah, its like the cheat always active all the time.

oh and i agree with adding inf movement.

Doesn't work.

Made a new game.
Loaded trainer
Pressed F1 for unlimited money.
Trainer says "Cheat activated"
I try to buy things, but run out of money.
