While this cheat doesn't work as advertised, it still does sort of work

Basically, I hit F1 (activate trainer), F2 (unlim life), and F3 (unlimited ammo), then hit F1 to turn off the trainer. The unlim life doesn't work, but the unlim ammo still does even with the trainer 'deactivated'. When F1 (activate trainer) is on, it seems to crash at each checkpoint save.

Anyways, you can win the game without unlimited life - unlim ammo goes a long way, especially if you can pick up a shotgun or a panzerfaust

I think its not working because the .exe had its name changed?
All other Steam-Trainers search for a NZA2.exe yet in the bin-directory resides only a ZA2.exe...

Can you create a new trainer for this?

Trainer switches from "game is on" to game is off in less than a second after running the Trainer. I guess it needs an update again? @MrAntiFun
