Can Confirm 4.4mb version works for current version on steam!

Is there any way to make this work with the German version of the game? It should be more or less the same, except for textures and the name of the executable. Chances are relatively good that some cheats may even work if only the trainer would search for ZA.exe, instead of NZA.exe, at least i got 2 out of three cheats from a cheat engine table to work, although the table was for the international version (NZA.exe).

I tried to check the trainers for NZA.exe with a HEX-editor, but didn't find the right addresses to alter.
