Though when I use it for multiplayer, I was hosting, it makes the entire group immortal and changes their ammo too. Is there a way to change it to only me?

I highly recommend you just use the trainer solo, because it effects teammates in multiplayer you could protentional get banned for cheating in multiplayer.
