The following options in the trainer aren't working (they automatically toggle themselves off within a second of being enabled):
Unlimited Health Player
Unlimited Health Vehicle
Instant Cooldown

An update would be very much appreciated when you can find the time.

Awesome! Thanks MAF, if your update works as well as it always does, your trainer will be the only working one available I'm going to try it out again now.

I've tested two options in single player arcade mode:

Unlimited Player Health makes enemies and friendlies of the player's class invincible as well (so if player is a Heavy, all Heavies in the match benefit from the option).

If the Unlimited Vehicle Health option is created similarly to the above option, it might be possible that the same undesired effect happens with this one, too (my knowledge of coding and finding addresses/values in games is minimal, so I'm just guessing).

Also, No Weapon Overheat seems to affect all enemies and allies of the player's class.

I'll test further if you need me to, but it seems that any option in the trainer will affect both enemies and friendlies of the player's current class.
