You have to be logged-in so that you may be able to download, them once you do, check first page in this thread then scroll down a bit until attachments and select which trainer you need it by looking at version numbers, the latest trainer should do if you updated the game earlier few days ago also don't forget to read regarding notice.

Game Editor is used to edit any values from different cheats (resources like money, exp, items etc) in range shown usually between 0 and 9999999 but is this particular game SC2 it's not included any.

You have to close the game if you close the software , Once you activate F1 you can't turn it off ,If you were allowed to turn it off the game would crash .

It doesn't work for those except player 1. therefore, It won't work if you are playing some of the custom maps.
