What exactly are you having problems with? Trouble downloading, or just the trainer itself?
Also, are you using the correct version?

Just download the CBJ Cheats menu mod, does everything the trainer does including freeze time.

The current trainer still has freeze time, what are you talking about?
Are you sure you downloaded the right one?
