where can i find the pc game as i brought the microsoft 1 thats cross platform compatible with the preorder but it wont load to in game menu just crash with no sound at the lab glass screen

I keep getting injured and stamina depletes even tho it's enabled in the trainer. anyone got any intel on this ?
I don't mind getting infected by the plague, that's part of the game, but every time i fall or whatever, i get trauma, contusions, lacerations ...

Anyone having issues with the auto-save function of the game? Whenever I use the trainer the auto-save never goes away and just keeps spinning. My game never gets saved.

A later figured out that if I went in windowed mode for the game. The game would auto save and everything would be fine.
