For some reason your trainers won't work and just freeze. any idea why? anti-virus shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks for the trainer!!! But "Fast Construction-Recruiting" Don't work, yes for the ships works fine, but for your constructor ship not( build minerals extractors in not colonize planet, outpost and fortresses).

Seems like the Ethic Points, Traits points work for the AI too. So if you want all the traits you will be up against AI empires with all the traits too.

it seems to work for me if the planet as a governor assigned to the planet your constructing on but for the space construction still dont no

Yeah Instant Construction for surface based buildings doesn't seem to work. Recruitment and everything else is perfect though.
