This worked for me the first time I used it, but after quitting and playing again later it doesn't work anymore.

I'm having the same problem. It worked for a little bit but now nothing except setting the engine temperature works. When I hit any of the F keys I get a windows "ding" error noise. I tried reassigning the hotkeys but nothing worked.

The only fix i found is that you have to reinstall the game every time you want to use the trainer.
