Inf health work's not on all unit's but i'ts work, pause the game, select all your units and press f1.

Also, sometimes inf.health makes enemy unit immortal so be careful

what to do with immortality

guys for health select your units hit f1 and immidietly deactivate. it propably 10000X unit health. rather than giving immortality. this way you should avoid most of enemy immortal units.
Another thing that helps is not clicking on enemy units. simply move your units near or let them pick their own targets. ai is decentish. if it see enemy and isnt in ambush it will engage even if its on longer range if it can hit.
